Zinc nickel alloy anode electrolytic ceramic membrane, due to working in 12-16% sodium hydroxide solution, requires good alkali corrosion resistance,high porosity, moderate pore size, low water permeability, and good strength of the anode membrane.
The zinc nickel alloy anode electrolytic ceramic film produced by our company is carefully formulated with high-quality ceramic raw materials and has excellent corrosion resistance to strong alkalis. Due to the high temperature (around 1500 degrees) used for firing (resulting in higher raw material costs, kiln investment costs, and firing costs), the mechanical strength is relatively high.
